Information you choose to provide
The waitlist asks for your name, email address and main goal. A submission also includes its page URL, selected language and submission time. We use these details to manage early-access interest and product updates. The form sends them through our Cloudflare-hosted website to a Google Apps Script service for recording in a Google spreadsheet.
If you email us, we receive your address and the information in your message so we can respond. To ask for removal from the waitlist or deletion of information you supplied, contact us using the email address you submitted. We may need to confirm the request relates to your own information.
Browser preferences and sample tools
The website stores language and theme preferences in your browser using local storage. You can clear these using your browser settings. The sample meal planner processes its selected goal, diet, region and cooking-time choices in the browser; generating a sample plan does not submit a waitlist entry.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare delivers the site and handles requests. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, request details and browser information for delivery, security and service operation. Google processes waitlist submissions through the services described above. External links, including Pinterest and source websites, are governed by those services' own policies when you visit them.
Google advertising cookies
This site includes Google AdSense code. Its presence does not mean Google has approved the site or that ads are currently displayed. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites.
